The contract ratification vote of the Heavy & Highway Construction Agreement will take place during the meeting. For all members who have worked under the Heavy & Highway Construction Agreement at any time during the past year. The IUOE Local 139 Negotiating Committee and the Wisconsin Transportation Employers Council have reached a tentative agreement. Your vote to accept or reject the proposed contract is important, therefore you are encouraged to make every effort to attend this meeting.
