The Area II Building Contract Ratification has been voted on and approved by Local 139 Membership.

AREA II BUILDING WAGE & FRINGE BENEFIT ALLOCATION:

Effective 6/1/2020, Class 1(a) and 1(b) package of $2.10 were allocated as follows:
Wage: $1.40
Health: $0.16
Central Pension: $0.44
Skill: $0.10

Effective 6/1/2020, Class 1(c) through Class 4 total package of $1.70 was allocated as follows:
Wage: $1.00
Health: $0.16
Central Pension: $0.44
Skill: $0.10

The contract expires on May 31, 2023.
