The IUOE Local 139 Negotiating Committee and the Outstates Asphalt Association have reached a tentative agreement. This notice of a special meeting has been sent to all members who have worked under the Outstates Asphalt Agreement at any time during the past year. Your vote to accept or reject the proposed contract is important, therefore you are encouraged to make every effort to attend this meeting. Be prepared to present a current dues card at the door.

Below are the locations of the ratification meetings, all meetings are scheduled for
Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 7:00 p.m.
