Local 139 is pleased to announce that it has reached a collective bargaining agreement with Sunbelt Rentals, Inc., covering bargaining unit employees at its Franksville, Wisconsin facility.  Accordingly, while there are other issues to be resolved with Sunbelt, Local 139 has suspended its bannering and handbilling activity directed against Sunbelt.  

Local 139 encourages contractors to patronize Sunbelt’s Franksville facility at every opportunity.  While Sunbelt’s other facilities in Wisconsin have not yet been organized, Local 139 is ready to work in partnership with Sunbelt to grow its business in Southeast Wisconsin and provide outstanding employment opportunities at the Franksville facility.
